The ECAI 2008 paper entitled “Orthographic similarity search for dictionary lookup of Japanese words” contains the following errors:
p4: Tables 3 gives incorrectly calculated MAP scores for the
various kanji distance metrics compared. The corrected scores are
substantially lower, and appear in Table 4.3 (p86) of
my thesis.
